Life forms: carnivores,rodents,ungulates

Sampling methods: no design,automatic cameras

Sample size: 78 captures or sightings

Years: 2017

Days: 13

Seasons: spring

Nets or traps: 60

Net or trap nights: 780

Camera type: digital

Cameras paired: no

Sampling comments: "We used infrared (IR) trap cameras (HCO Scout Guard SG550-8MHD, www.trail-camera.co.il)... during winter (December 2015–January 2016), summer (June–July 2016), and spring (March–April 2017). The cameras were located in 10 natural patches nested in agricultural fields... Distance between sites was 1–4 km... We mounted six cameras at each site by six separate animal trails. Cameras were set with 50 to 150 m intervals between them depending on the terrain. Cameras were mounted on pegs 30–50 cm above ground level... We collected data from each camera location during 13 consecutive days; overall, we mounted 60 cameras per season, resulting in 2340 sampled days throughout the study period... An individual detection event was defined by a 1-min filter"
the spring data were collected in March and April 2017
I have omitted counts of "Canis spp."
